TAKE NOTICE that PAUL KWESI TANDON AND MRS. VIVIAN TANDOH have applied to register their Deed affecting the land granted by EBUSUAPANYIN ESSOUN TWANOM, HEAD OF NANA KESEFIE ANONA NO. 1 FAMILY OF KOMFUEKU at Komfueku in the Shama District in the Western Region and that I intend to register them as the owners of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Western Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc, it would be deemed untenable.
The Land referred to is Regional Number No: SGWR A7628/19 in extent 14.53 Hectares (5.89 Acres) more or less situate at Komfueku (GPS – WS-968-3203, WS-826-7574, WS-727-8183) in the Shama District of the Western Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Western Region.
