8. Application for Deeds registration of land should be submitted by the owner/representative at the Client Service Access Unit (CSAU) of the Lands Commission in their respective Regions.
9. No pillar erected at the corner points on a registered parcel of land should be moved or disturbed. It is an offence to remove or disturb any such pillar whether it is erected on your own land or It is also a criminal offence punishable by a fine or imprisonment or both to enter upon any land without lawful authority and willfully destroy fences and/or buildings erected thereon.
