TAKE NOTICE that ANTUMWINI SYLVESTER has applied to register his Deed affecting the land Granted by ASUMAH GYAWURA, (HEAD OF GUO/KATUME FAMILY OF SIRIYIRI) at SIRIYIRI in the Wa- West District of the Upper West Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission, Wa of the Upper West Region after the expiration of the fourteen(14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as plans, judgments, wills, Letters of Administration etc it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to is unnumbered plot, unblocked with Cadastral plan No SGUW.B768/2025 in extent 19.85 Hectares (49.05 Acres) more or less situate at SIRIYIRI in the Wa-West District, and Major Coordinates on big Parcel: (195801.75, 333720.45) in the Upper West Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on plan as submitted to the lands commission Upper West Region.
