TAKE NOTICE that STEPHEN YAW OSEI has applied to register his Deed affecting the land granted by NAI KOBINA ABURAKOH APPIAH at BAWJIASE KWAMAN in the AWUTU SENYA WEST DISTRICT in the Central Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Central Region afteer expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is note supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as – Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration etc it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to is Cadastral Plan No. 025011893 in extent 12.561 hectares (31.04 Acres) more or less situate at BAWJIASE KWAMAN IN THE AWUTU SENYA WEST District in the Central Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Central Region.
