TAKE NOTICE that NURSING AND MIDWIFERY TRAINING COLLEGE-KUMASI has applied to register their Deed affecting the land granted by LAPETITE CHEMIST LIMITED at NKORANSA SOUTH WEST in the ASHANTI REGION and that I intend to register the Company as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the ASHANTI REGION after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as: Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to is Cadastral Plan No. SGA A3732/2024 in extent 2.15 hectares (5.32 Acres) more or less situate at NKORANSA SOUTH WEST in the ASHANTI REGION of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral Plan and as submitted to the land Registration Division. Land Commission ASHANTI REGION.
