TAKE NOTICE that PAUL KWEKU SMART has applied to register his Deed affecting the land granted by OPANYIN KWAAMINA KUM(OF PAUL KOBINA & KOFI AWUA ADWENADZE AKISSI FAMILY OF APIMENYIM & ESSAMAN) and GENERAL HEAD OF KYIRDURASI EKISI STOOL FAMILY OF APIMENYIM & ESSAMAN at BOTODWINA in the Shama District in the Western Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Western Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.
The Land referred to is Regional Number No: SGWR A5698/22 in extent 100.33 Acres (40.60 Hectares) more or less situate at Botodwina (GPS –WM-2046-6793 to WM-2089-4372) in the Shama District of the Western Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Western Region.
