TAKE NOTICE that FRANCIS NEPUI has applied to register his Deed affecting the land granted by MR. INNOCENT KWAKU KUBI at KETU NORTH in the KETU NORTH in the Volta Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Volta Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.
The Land referred to is Cadastral Plan No: SGV. E079/2025 in extent 15.00 ACRES (6.07 HECTARES) more or less situate at ANYIRAWASE AWUDOME in the HO WEST of the Volta Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission, Volta Region.
