TAKE NOTICE that ABDULAI SEIDU has applied to register his Deed affecting the land granted by NAAB ZANBUL KUBELIMSAA (CHIEF OF PUSU-NAMONGO) in the Pusu-Namongo, in the Talensi-District in the Upper East Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land, if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Upper East Region before expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc, it would be deemed untenable.
The Land referred to is Regional Number No: SGUE A2487/2025 in extent 11.84 Acres or 4.81 Hectares more or less situate at Pusu-Namongo in the Talensi District of the Upper East Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Upper East Region.
