TAKE NOTICE that SYLVESTER TOBO-TOBOJANS has applied to register his Deed affecting the land granted by ALEX KOMLA AHORKLUI at GBI ABANSI (KLOKPOTSINU), in the Hohoe Municipality in the Volta Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Volta  Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.

Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.

The Land referred to is Cadastral Plan No: SGV. B595/25 in extent 3.33 Hectares (8.22 Acres) more or less situate at GBI ABANSI (KLOKPOTSINU) in the Hohoe Municipality of the Volta Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Volta Region.
