TAKE NOTICE that JESSICA YVONNE AFIA OPAL has applied to register her Deed of lease affecting the land granted by EBUSUAPANYIN CHARLES CHRISTIAN at DWIRA ADUNIM in the Komenda Edina Eguafo Abirem District in the Central Region and that I intend to register her as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Central Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is note supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as – Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration etc it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to is Cadastral Plan No. 024071870 in extent 2.234 hectare (5.52 Acre) more or less situate at DWIRA ADUNIM-K.E.E.A. District in the Central Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Central Region.
