TAKE NOTICE that BLESSING AGGREY & 3 ORS has applied to register their Deed of Lease affecting the land granted by EBUSUAPANYIN NANA APPIAH at AMOSIMA in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District in the Central Region and that I intend to register them as the owners of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Central Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is note supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as – Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration etc it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to is Cadastral Plan No. 024100857 in extent 3.298 hectare (8.15 Acre) more or less situate at Amosima-A.A.K. District in the Central Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Central Region.
