TAKE NOTICE that PROF. RICHARD AKROMAH & ERNEST OHEMENG have applied to register their Deed affecting the land granted by JUABEN STOOL at YAW NKRUMAH in the ASHANTI REGION and that I intend to register them as the owners of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the ASHANTI REGION after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as: Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to Cadastral Plan No. SGA C573/19 in extent 2.99 hectares (7.38 Acres) more or less situate at YAW NKRUMAH in the ASHANTI REGION of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral Plan and as submitted to the land Registration Division. Land Commission ASHANTI REGION.
