TAKE NOTICE that LUMINOS AGRICARE LIMITED acting by BRIGHT KOFI GYASI (MANAGING DIRECTOR) has applied to register their Deed affecting the land granted by BOKRO PROSPER and ASEMPAH REYNOLD (heads and lawful representatives of ASEMPAH and BOKRO FAMILY at ADAKLU KPOETA in the Adaklu District in the Volta Region and that I intend to register the Company as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Volta Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.
