TAKE NOTICE that MR. JONATHAN AIDOO has applied to register his Deed affecting the land granted by MR. EMMANUEL KORAMOAH at ABIRIW, in the Okere District in the Eastern Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land, if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Eastern Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.
The Land referred to is Cadastral Plan No: SGE. A1195/25 in extent 4.00 Hectares (9.90 Acres) more or less situate at Abiriw in the Okere Municipality of the Eastern Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Eastern Region.
