TAKE NOTICE that WANGKRANG GHANA LIMITED has applied to register their Deed affecting the land granted by EBUSUAPANYIN JOSEPH KWESI AMPONSAH, HEAD OF TEMERASASE EBIRADZE FAMILY OF MPINTSIN at NORTH MPINTSIN in the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis in the Western Region and that I intend to register the Company as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Western Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc, it would be deemed untenable.
The Land referred to is Regional Number No: SGW B1000/25 in extent 10.19 Acres (4.12 Hectares) more or less situate at North Mpintsin (GPS –WS-413-6887) in the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis of the Western Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission Western Region.
