LAND ACT, 2020 (ACT 1036) NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DEEDS REGISTRATION (SPECIAL PUBLICATION-VOLTA REGION)

TAKE NOTICE that JOYCE KOSIVI has applied to register her Deed affecting the land granted by MR. ALBERTO ZOWONU at MEZENAWOE in the AGOTIME ZIOPE DISTRICT in the Volta Region and that I intend to register her as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Volta Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.
