TAKE NOTICE that DEABENE SECONDARY TECHNICAL SCHOOL (Acting by REV. MRS. A. S. AKUOKUO-BOARD CHAIRPERSON) has applied to register their Deed affecting the land granted by EBUSUAPANYIN KOJO BADU, FAMILY OF DEABENEKROM at Deabenekrom in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis in the Western Region and that l intend to register the School as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Western Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as; Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc, it would be deemed untenable.
The Land referred to is Regional Number No. SGWRB0086/23 in extent 17.14 ACRES (6.94 HECTARES) more or less situate at Deabenekrom (GPS-WS-116-7982) on the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis of the Western Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission, Western Region.
