TAKE NOTICE that LOUIS YAMOAH (Applicant) has applied to register his Deed affecting the land granted by NANA KWAME NKANSAH II, CHIEF OF JOMORO at Jomoro Enchi in the Western North Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Western North Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such as – Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration etc. it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to is Cadastral Plan No. SGW E994/14 in extent 2.25 HECTARES (5.55 ACRES) more or less situate at Jomoro Enchi in the Western North Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission, Western North Region.

TAKE NOTICE that ROBAM WOOD LIMITED COMPANY have applied to register their Deed affecting the land granted by NANA OFORI AHENKAN II (REGENT OF SEFWI WIAWSO PARAMOUNT STOOL AND CHIEF OF SEFWI BOINZAIN) at Benkyema (Tibanti No. 1) in the Western North Region and that I intend to register the Company as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the Western North Region after expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
