TAKE NOTICE that HAJIA MEMUNATU MAHAMA has applied to register her Deed affecting the land granted by NAA SALMA ISSAHAKU MAHAMUDU (CHIEF OF WUNGU DIVISION IN THE MAMPRUGU TRADITIONAL AREA) and NAYIRI NAA BOHAGU MAHAMI ABDULAI SHERIGA (KIND AND OVERLOAD OF THE MAMPRUGU TRADITIONAL AREA) at KUKUA NO. 2 in the West Mamprusi Municipality in the North East Region and that I intend to register her as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the North East Region after expiration of fourteen(14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection, such as Judgements, Wills, Letter of Administration, etc., it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to is Cadastral Plan No. SGNE A0449/2025 in extent 19.28 ACRES (7.80 HECTARES) more or less situate at Kukua No. 2 in the West Mamprusi Municipality of the North East Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on Cadastral plan and as submitted to the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission, North East Region.
