TAKE NOTICE that, S I FARMS (Acting by its Chief Executive Officer, Liu Yanling) has applied to register its Deed affecting the land granted by NANA BOAKYE BONSU (AKWAMUHENE OF DUAYAW NKWANTA TRADITIONAL AREA) at Duayaw Nkwanta in the Ahafo Region and that I intend to register the Farms as the owners of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission, Goaso in the Ahafo Region after the expiration of the fourteen(14) days from the date of this notice.
Please take note, that if the objection letter is not supported with the requisite documents stating the basis of the objection such; as Plans, Judgments, Wills, Letters of Administration, etc, it would be deemed untenable.
The land referred to is with Regional Number/ Plan No. SGAH.A0395/2024, GA490998-920601 in extent (2.04 Hectares) 5.03 Acres more or less situate at Kokoridua in the Ahafo Region with File/Job No: AHR/01/2025, LRDAHR185135962025 and Major Coordinates on big Parcel: (920802.94, 927152.47) (490991.43, 450572.95) in the Ahafo Region of the Republic of Ghana as delineated on plan as submitted to the Lands Commission, Ahafo Region.
