TAKE NOTICE that JOHN ANABA has applied to register his Deed affecting the land granted by NAA SALMA ISSAHAKU MAHAMUDU (CHIEF OF WUNGU DIVISION IN THE MAMPRUGU TRADITIONAL AREA) and NAYIRI NAA BOHAGU MAHAMI ABDULAI SHERIGA (KIND AND OVERLOAD OF THE MAMPRUGU TRADITIONAL AREA) at BUGYA ROAD in the West Mamprusi Municipality of the North East Region and that I intend to register him as the owner of the said land if no objection is lodged to the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) at the Office of the Land Registration Division, Lands Commission in the North East Region after expiration of fourteen(14) days from the date of this notice.
